Started in 1995, IQF Custom Packing is a service dedicated to increasing our customers sales field in the expanding frozen market and maximizing their profitability. Owner, Russell Young with 29 years of experience, brings his extensive knowledge of superior freezing trade applications to the company. Russell has revolutionized the Individually Quick Frozen process with custom designed freezing equipment, which has proved to produce the finest quality product available today. Owner Patricia Ladino brings her marketing and package design expertise to the company and is here to advise you on any packaging solutions you may need. Robert Machado brings 26 years of experience and knowledge in the seafood industry to IQF Custom Packing and been commended by customers for running a highly efficient facility.

Our trained staff thoroughly checks each order as it arrives and puts together complete quality control reports for each customers orders before production begins. Product is discussed and our supervisors jump into production to ensure the customers deadlines are met. Whether product is IQF frozen, blocked, bulked, frozen wholesale or retail pack, reboxed , rebagged or reworked, our staff always takes pride in the production of only the best quality product. After production is complete, we make the extra effort to be sure shipping is carefully executed exactly to our customers specifications.
